TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND THINK

watch what you eat, BUT make sure its heathy choices… dont starve yourself, its almost as bad as eating junk food.. and dont eat crap food either, if its green and not packaged; GO FOR IT! portions are important too! watch how much of it your eating, AND DONT FORGET DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND GREEN TEA! hit the gym as often as possible and do as much as you can! be proud of yourself girls, you’ve made it this far… KEEP GOING! do it for yourself <3

This is probably the most motivating thing I have ever seen. I have it printed out and above my computer to remind to not give up. I didn’t put on this weight over night, so I need to be patient with myself and work through the plateaus and mentally hard times. 

I realize I REBLOG this a lot, but I’m not going to stop. I feel that these words are important.

This is DISGUSTING. I have sooo much of that in my body. EW EW EW. MOTIVATION.
Encouraging that that’s how much I’ve gotten rid of. But disgusting it was ever IN me. Yechhh.
This literally makes me sick. I need to lose about 5 or more of those. Ew.

That’s so crazy. Like, we’re composed of more than fat, I mean, I have blood and bones, and stuff, but to know that that is what just five pounds of fat looks like? 
I agree, encouraging though. When I lose my first five, and my second and third and so forth, I’m going to remember that this is what it looks like.
